     Does your nails break or split a lot of times? Then it means that your body is trying to tell you something, and that is you have Manganese Deficiency. 
     Manganese is a mineral that gives off antioxidant properties which is necessary in our bone development, in metabolizing carbohydrates, in healing our wounds, and in metabolizing amino acids, and cholesterol.
