Izabel Lacsamana, a 13-year-old teenager is said to have killed herself after her own father cut her hair and took a video of it and uploaded it on YouTube. It also seems that Izabel has been bullied at school too, and the pain she took was so heavy, that's why she took the escape route of killing herself by jumping off a bridge. Izabel ended her life last May 29.
